以提质增效为目标的装备批产创新管理与实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章介绍了在装备研制周期大幅压缩及快速量产的情况下批产集成调试面临的挑战,以提质增效为目标实施装备批产创新管理,通过构建提质增效模型,科学识别和实施批产调试提质增效项目;通过建立常态化管理制度、实行成效评估机制、加强技术状态管控和批产知识管理等措施保障和实现批产提质增效目标。经过在企业内部装备批产部门实践和验证,效果显著,有效促进了装备质量提升和批生产能力升级,助力企业高质量发展。 This paper introduces the challenges of batch production integration debugging under the condition of greatly reducing the development cycle and rapid mass production.The innovation management of equipment batch production is implemented with the goal of improving quality and efficiency.Identify and implement quality and efficiency improvement projects scientifically by building the model.Through the establishment of normalized management system,implementation of effectiveness evaluation mechanism,strengthen technical status control,knowledge management and other measures to ensure and achieve batch production improvement and efficiency objectives.After the practice and verification in the equipment batch production department of the enterprise,the effect is remarkable,which effectively promotes the upgrading of equipment quality and batch production capacity,and helps the enterprise develop in high quality.
