摘要
目的:探究分析中药贴敷联合肺康复治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效及安全性。方法:选取江苏省无锡市惠山区中医医院2020年1月-2021年6月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组均给予常规西医与肺康复治疗,观察组在常规西医与肺康复基础上加用中药贴敷治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后中医证候积分变化、治疗期间肺功能以及炎症因子水平变化情况,同时观察不良反应。结果:观察组慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后主症积分、次症积分低于治疗前,肺功能、炎症细胞因子水平均优于对照组及治疗前,两组治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论:给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中药贴敷、肺康复更有利于症状改善,预后较好。
Objective:To analyze efficacy and safty of external application of TCM medicine plus pulmonary rehabilitation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From January 2020 to June 2021,a total of 80 cases were divided into 2 groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given canventional Western medicine plus pulmonary rehabilitation,and the observation group was given external application of TCM medicine more.Results:In the observation group,the total effiicency was higher than that in the control group,the main symptom score and secondary symptom score after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the pulmonary function and inflammatory factor levels were better than those in the control group and before treatment.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:External application of TCM medicine plus pulmonary rehabilitation and conventional Western medicine treatment on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are beneficial to ameliorate the clinical symptoms,and the prognosis is good.
