摘要
保温层下腐蚀在海洋石油管道中较为常见,目前常规的检测手段大多需要破坏保温层。脉冲涡流技术是一种新型的无损检测技术,不需要将探头与测试表面进行直接接触,无需剥离管道的保温层,满足管道腐蚀缺陷的在线检测需求。介绍了常规的保温层下腐蚀检测手段及脉冲涡流技术对保温层下管道腐蚀缺陷的检测原理,并对带有保温层下腐蚀缺陷的管道进行试验测试,结果表明检测灵敏度随着提离高度的增加而减小。该技术能够灵敏地识别60mm以内厚度保温层下的管道腐蚀缺陷,其中对于接箍和腐蚀缺陷有非常明显的识别能力。
Corrosion under the insulation layer is relatively common in offshore oil pipelines, and most of the current conventional detection methods require the removal of the insulation layer. Pulsed eddy current technology is a new type of non-destructive testing technology, which does not need to contact the probe with the test surface, and does not need to peel off the insulation layer of the pipeline,so as to meet the needs of on-line detection of pipeline corrosion defects. This paper not only introduces the conventional corrosion detection methods under the insulation layer, but also introduces the detection principle of the pulse eddy current technology for the corrosion defects of the pipeline under the insulation layer, and conducts experimental tests on the pipelines with corrosion defects under the insulation layer.The results show that the detection sensitivity decreases with the increase of lift-off height. The technology can sensitively identify the corrosion defects of pipelines under the insulation layer with a thickness of less than 60mm, and has a very obvious ability to identify couplings and corrosion defects.
