摘要
大数据、云计算、人工智能等新兴技术推动数字出版历经从电子出版到网络出版,再到数据出版、智能出版,目前发展到更高阶段,即智慧出版。学术期刊数字出版发展也不例外。智慧出版是学术期刊高质量发展的实现路径,对学术期刊编辑能力提出了更高要求。因此,在智慧出版环境下,学术期刊编辑要深刻认识智慧出版的内涵,不断更新知识结构、调整能力结构,既要具备当前数字出版阶段的基本政治理论素养与编辑业务能力,又要培养智慧出版思维能力、数据能力、技术能力、传播能力、服务能力、创新能力等,以更好地适应智慧出版环境,助力学术期刊智慧出版的转型升级与可持续发展。
Big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies promote the further transformation and upgrading of digital publishing.From electronic publishing to online publishing,to data publishing,to intelligent publishing,the current development has reached a higher stage,namely,intelligent publishing.The development of digital publishing of academic journals is no exception.Smart publishing is the way to achieve the high-quality development of academic journals,which puts forward higher requirements for the ability of academic journal editors.Therefore,under the smart publishing environment,academic journal editors should deeply understand the connotation of smart publishing,constantly update the knowledge structure and adjust the ability structure.They should not only have the basic political theory literacy and editing business ability at the current digital publishing stage,but also cultivate the wisdom publishing thinking ability,data ability,technical ability,communication ability,service ability,innovation ability,etc.,to better adapt to the smart publishing environment,assist the transformation,upgrading and sustainable development of smart publishing of academic journals.
