摘要
新近的扫频相干光层析成像术(SS-OCT)技术的进步彻底改变了脉络膜相关疾病的临床评估和研究,同时也为随访提供重要参考依据。阐明脉络膜结构与脉管系统的特征改变对理解疾病的病理生理至关重要。SS-OCT使用波长扫描激光光源和可调谐滤波器来干涉光源,具备扫描速度更快、穿透性更强、成像更灵敏的优势,加深了对脉络膜相关疾病如中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜疾病的认识。本文总结了脉络膜成像技术的发展及SS-OCT的原理及优点,并回顾了目前其在脉络膜疾病中的应用。
Recent advancements of swept source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT)technology have completely revolutionized the clinical evaluation and research of choroid-related diseases,and at the same time provided important reference for follow-up.Elucidating the characteristic changes of choroidal structure and vasculature is essential for understanding the pathophysiology of diseases.SS-OCT uses wavelength scanning laser light sources and tunable filters to interfere with the light source.It has the advantages of faster scanning speed,stronger penetrability,and more sensitive imaging,and deepens the understanding of choroidal diseases such as central serous chorioretinal diseases.In this paper,the development of choroidal imaging technology and the principle and advantages of SS-OCT are reviewed,and its application in choroidal diseases is also reviewed.
