摘要
2020年初新型冠状病毒肺炎肆虐全国,为防止病毒传播,国家出台了严格的隔离要求,跨地区就医成为难题,特别是眼科医患就诊面贴面的方式使得眼科成为高风险疫区,人民群众的就医需求无法及时得到满足。此时,互联网问诊打破了地域限制,迅速成为满足群众就医咨询需求,提升医疗机构服务质量的一个新型就医模式,由此而来的各种挑战和对互联网问诊的管理也提出了更高的要求。
As novel coronavirus pneumonia ravaged the country in early 2020,in order to prevent the spread of the virus,the state introduced strict isolation requirements,and cross regional medical treatment became a difficult problem.In particular,the face-to-face approach of ophthalmologists and patients made ophthalmology a high-risk epidemic area,and the medical needs of the people could not be met in time.At this time,Internet consultation breaks the regional restrictions and quickly becomes a new medical mode to ease the needs of the masses for medical consultation and improve the service quality of medical institutions.The resulting challenges and higher requirements for the management of Internet consultation are also put forward.
