摘要
针对纸尿裤包装机高速堆垛过程易堵片的现状,通过对堵片原因分析,建立三维模型,采用有限元方法对堆垛入口处链轮、链条和叶片进行瞬态动力学分析。提出一种“三夹辊”叶片张角方案,改变叶片的支撑方式,将高速堆垛时叶片端部位移减至原来的1/10以内。试验表明,在生产速度为800片/min时,堆垛装置运行的平均效率达到99.25%。研究为高速纸尿裤包装机的设计打下坚实基础。
In view of the current situation that the diaper packaging machine is easy to block during the high-speed stacking process,the stacking process of diapers was analyzed,a three-dimensional model was established,and the cause for the blockage was obtained through finite element calculation.A “three roller clamping” opening angle scheme was proposed,which changes the support mode of the paddle to reduce the displacement of the paddle end to less than one-tenth of the original during high-speed stacking.The test shows that the average operation efficiency of the stacking unit reaches 99.25% at a production speed of 800 pieces/min.The research lays a solid foundation for the design of the high-speed diaper packaging machine.
