摘要
针对目前枣夹花生机械化生产人工操作效率低、劳动强度大等问题,提出一种基于单片机控制的轻便型枣夹花生机设计方案。采用三轴自定心上料机构实现大枣和花生的自动上料;运用空间曲柄滑块机构解决推杆运动平稳性问题。样机试验表明,花生定心上料成功率达96%,枣夹花生成功率达92%,装置的上料定位和枣夹花生成功率满足使用要求,能完成自动上料、自动定心、自动去核和自动枣夹花生操作,具有结构紧凑、定位精确和效率高等特点。
In view of the problems such as low manual operation efficiency,and the high labor intensity in the production of current portable jujube-clamping-peanuts machine,a design scheme of a portable jujube-clamping-peanuts machine controlled by a single-chip microcomputer was proposed.A three-axis self-centering feeding mechanism was used to realize automatic feeding of jujube-clamping-peanuts;the space crank slider mechanism was used to solve the problem of the motion smoothness of the push rod mechanism.The prototype experiment shows that the success rate of peanut automatic charging and positioning was 96%;the success rate of jujube-clamping-peanuts was 92%,the success rate of feeding and positioning and jujube-clamping-peanuts of the device meet the requirements of use.The device can complete automatic feeding,automatic centering,automatic core removal,automatic jujube-clamping-peanuts operations,and has the characteristics of compact structure,accurate positioning and high efficiency.
