摘要
采用同步送粉方式,在7075铝合金表面制备了7075铝合金熔覆层,对熔覆层的金相组织进行了观察,对显微硬度进行了测试,并研究了激光功率对熔覆层中气孔缺陷的影响作用。结果表明:熔覆层中靠近基体的部分形成了细小等轴晶,等轴晶之上为柱状晶;沿着基体指向熔覆层外表的方向,气孔变大、增多,气孔缺陷主要分布在熔覆层中靠近外表面的区域;气孔的尺寸及数量均随着激光功率的增加而减小;熔覆层显微硬度随激光功率先增大后减小。
A 7075 aluminum alloy cladding layer was manufactured on the surface of 7075 alloy by means of synchronous powder feeding.The metallographic and microhardness of the cladding layer were tested,and the effect of laser power on the porosity defects in the cladding layer was studied.The results showed that fine equiaxed crystals were formed in the part of the cladding layer close to the substrate,and columnar crystals were formed above the equiaxed crystals,along the direction from the substrate to the surface of the cladding layer,the porosity became larger and larger,and the porosity defects were mainly distributed in the cladding layer.The area neared the outer surface of the layer,the size and number of porosity decreased with the increase of laser power,the microhardness of the cladding layer first increased and then decreases with the increase of laser power.
