摘要构建符合中国国情,指导中国体育实践,融入世界潮流的中国特色体育学是新时代中国特色体育发展的迫切需要,也是加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学的重要任务。本文基于中国体育学建设与发展的历史与现实视角,中国特色体育理论与实践创新的发展理念,在对体育学的性质特点、当代体育学的现实状态及问题的理论依据和中国国情、后发外生型现代化的中国体育实践构建依据进行了深入分析和全面论述的基础上,提出聚焦西方体育理论本土化、本土传统体育理论现代化、中国特色体育理论国际化的新时代中国特色体育学的构建路径和以学术为先导引领体育学科、话语体系的构建,围绕新时代中国体育基本议题建立体育学术体系,为构建内容完备、逻辑一致、结构完整、特色鲜明的新时代中国特色体育学做出了建设性的新探索。 It’s urgent to build the physical education and sport science with the Chinese characteristics,which suits to China’s own circumstances,keeps pace with the global trend,and guilds China’s sporting practice in the new era.The building of the physical education and sport science with Chinese characteristics is also the critical mission of the“three-major systems”construction of philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics.From the perspectives of history and present of the building of China’s physical education and sport science,based on the innovative and developmental concept of sports theory and practice with Chinese characteristics,the study comprehensively analyzes the nature and characteristics of physical education and sport science,the theoretical basis and China’s circumstances of status quo and challenges of present-day physical education and sport science,the practical basis built during China’s sports practices,in the background of late happened and external introduced modernization in China.The study suggests that we should build physical education sport science with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which focuses on the localization of western sports theory,modernization of domestic traditional sports theory,internationalization of sports theory with Chinese characteristics.We should build sports subjects and discourse system lead by academy,and build the core of physical education and sport science to accomplish the major missions of China’s sports in the new era.The study also makes constructive explorations on building physical education and sport science with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which has comprehensive contents,consistent logic,full structure,and obvious characteristics.
