摘要
锂离子电池客户一般给定电池尺寸及性能要求,针对不同的性能需求,电池生产商有不同的设计思路。针对同一型号电池,采用17层和15层极片两种不同设计思路,以相同工艺制备电池,研究电化学性能、安全性能及循环性能的差异。17层和15层极片电池在性能上各有优缺点:15层极片电池在质量、制造良率和低温性能等方面有优势;17层极片电池在内阻、倍率性能、安全性能、高温性能和电化学阻抗等方面有优势;两种电池的循环性能没有明显差异。
Li-ion battery customers generally gave battery size and performance requirements.Battery manufacturers had different design ideas for different performance requirements.The same battery type was designed with two different design ideas of 17 layers and 15 layers, the batteries were made with the same manufacturing process to study the differences in its electrochemical performance, safety and cycle performance.The 17 layers design and the 15 layers design had their own advantages and disadvantages in performance.The 15 layers design had advantages in quality, manufacturing yield and low temperature performance.The 17 layers design had advantages in internal resistance, rate capability, safety, high temperature performance and electrochemical impedance.There was no significant difference in battery cycle performance between the two batteries.
