摘要
目的探讨脑出血患者给予定向软通道微创血肿清除术治疗对神经功能及预后的影响.方法选取2020年1月-2022年1月萍乡市人民医院收治的脑出血患者共计72例,根据随机摸球法分成观察组(n=36)与对照组(n=36),对照组给予开颅血肿清除与去骨瓣减压术,观察组给予定向软通道微创血肿清除术,比较两组患者手术相关指标、神经功能及术后并发症.结果观察组手术时间及住院时间较对照组明显更短(P<0.05),术中出血量明显更少(P<0.05);两组术后轴突生长抑制因子-A(Nogo-A)、S100B蛋白(S100B)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平明显更低(P<0.05),观察组水平较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(5.56%)较对照组(22.22%)明显更低(P<0.05).结论脑出血患者给予治疗定向软通道微创血肿清除术,能够改善手术相关指标及神经功能,减少术后并发症,改善预后.
Ob jective To investigate the effect of targeted soft channel minimally invasive hematoma removal on neurological function and prognosis of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 72 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admited to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was treated with craniotomy hematoma removal and bone flap decompression,and the observation group was treated with directional soft channel minimally invasive hematoma removal.The operation related indexes,neurological function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the intraoperative bleeding was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the levels of axonal growth inhibitory factor-A(Nogo-A),S100B protein(S100b)and neuron specific enolase(NSE)in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.56%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05).Conc lusion Treatment oriented soft channel minimally invasive hematoma removal can improve the related indexes and neurological function of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,reduce postoperative complications and improve the prognosis.
