In China's push for carbon neutrality by 2060,more areas are promoting renewable energy,notably wind and solar,through schemes that experts say may not provide the jolt the industry needs.In December,the coastal province of Jiangsu encouraged its counties to invest inpower storage for solar panel projects on public and industrial buildings,and grid upgrades for rooftop solar clusters.
