磨矿介质对铜锌硫化矿浮选行为的影响

摘要 磨矿是硫化矿浮选前必备的工序之一,对硫化矿后续浮选有着重要影响。针对大井子铜锌硫化矿石,分别探究了陶瓷球和钢球介质磨矿对该矿石铜锌混合浮选的影响。结果表明,在陶瓷球介质磨矿体系下,矿石经过1粗1精2扫流程浮选可获得Cu品位为16.40%、Cu回收率为82.19%,Zn品位为14.50%、Zn回收率为73.99%的铜锌混合精矿。与钢球介质磨矿体系相比,在相同条件下,铜锌混合精矿Cu品位基本不变、Cu回收率提高了1.71个百分点,Zn品位提高了4.41个百分点、Zn回收率提高了24.94个百分点。陶瓷球介质磨矿体系下,电化学作用相对较弱,矿物表面只有少量絮状物覆盖,更有利于矿物的浮选。 Grinding,an essential procedure before flotation,has extraordinary significance in flotation of sulfide ore.This study investigated the effect of ceramic ball and steel ball on bulk flotation of copper-zinc sulfide ore from Dajingzi.The results indicated that the copper-zinc mixed concentrate with Cu grade of 16.40%,Cu recovery of 82.19%,Zn grade of 14.50%,and Zn recovery of 73.99% was obtained by the process of one roughing one cleaning two scavenging under the ceramic ball grinding system.Compared with the steel ball grinding system,for the same conditions,the Cu grade of the copper-zinc mixed concentrate was basically unchanged,while the Cu recovery,Zn grade,and Zn recovery were increased by 1.71 percentage points,4.41 percentage points,and 24.94 percentage points,respectively.During the grinding with the ceramic ball,the electrochemical action was relatively weak,and only a small amount of floccules formed and covered on the minerals surfaces,which is more conducive to the minerals flotation.
