面向“中国制造2025”的家具数字孪生车间构建与关键技术展望 被引量:11

摘要 智能制造是家具制造业释放动能的重要抓手,信息物理融合是智能制造的核心,数字孪生是关键使能技术。数字孪生理论经历了多年的发展,五维模型理论体系已逐步完备,并已在许多领域得到了广泛应用。针对家具制造业产线规划、生产控制与流程再造过程中存在不全面、不精准、不及时和不直观等现象,提出了“家具数字孪生车间(FDTS)”的概念,搭建了FDTS的五维系统架构,创建了FDTS“数字生命体”模型,并依据家具制造业的现状提出了FDTS的实施路径,最后就构建FDTS亟待突破的关键技术方向进行归纳,以期为数字孪生技术在家具制造业的应用指明方向,进一步推动家具制造业的高质量发展。 Intelligent manufacturing is an important lever for the furniture manufacturing industry to leverage its momentum. Cyberphysical integration is the core of intelligent manufacturing, and digital twin is the key empowering technology. The digital twin theory has experienced years of development, and the five-dimensional model theoretical system has been gradually completed and has been widely used in many fields. In view of the incomplete, inaccurate, untimely and unintuitive phenomena in the production line planning, production control and process reengineering of the furniture manufacturing industry, the concept of "Furniture Digital Twin Shop-floor(FDTS)" is proposed, the five-dimensional systematic framework of FDTS is constructed, the FDTS’s "digital life form" model is created, and the implementation path of FDTS is clarified according to the actual situation of the furniture manufacturing industry. Finally, the key technical directions that need to be broken through in the construction of FDTS is summarized. This paper aims to indicate the direction for the application of FDTS in furniture manufacturing industry and further promote the high-quality development of furniture manufacturing industry.
