摘要
目的探讨同质化管理标准体系在门诊护理管理中的应用与效果。方法2017年1月通过制定门诊护理管理9项标准化内容对东部战区总医院门诊护理工作进行同质化管理,对2016-2021年护理综合质量、护理投诉事件、护士综合能力考核结果进行逐年调查并统计分析。结果同质化管理标准体系实施后,2018年和2016年相比护理服务质量、护理安全、患者满意度3个评价指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2019年和2016年相比,护理服务质量和护理安全差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2020年、2021年所有项目和2016年相比均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2019年与2016年比较,门诊护士综合能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理投诉事件自2019年起均为0起。结论同质化管理标准体系应用于门诊护理管理中能全面提升护理质量,对推进门诊护理工作具有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the implementation and effects of the homogeneous management standardization in outpatient nursing management.Methods In January 2017,through the formation of 9 standardized contents of outpatient nursing management,the outpatient nursing work of the General Hospital of the Eastern Theater was homogeneously managed.Investigation and statistical analyses were made year by year concerning the comprehensive nursing quality,nursing complaints and assessment of nurses’comprehensive ability from 2016 to 2021.Results Following implementation of the homogeneous management standard system,there was no statistical significance in the 3 evaluation indicators of nursing quality,nursing safety and patient satisfaction,when comparison was made between 2018 and 2016(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in nursing quality and nursing safety,when comparison was made between 2019 and 2016(P<0.05),however no statistical significance could be seen in patient satisfaction(P>0.05).Compared with those of 2016,the 3 aspects of the homogeneous management standard system in 2020 and2021 all significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with that of 2016,the comprehensive capacity of the nurses was improved in 2019,with statistical significance(P<0.05).And there were no nursing complaints since 2019.Conclusion The application of the homogeneous management standardization could comprehensively improve nursing quality in outpatient nursing management,and is of important guiding significance for promoting outpatient nursing service.
