摘要
试验研究中药复方对蛋鸡血清生化指标的影响。选取60只355日龄健康的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为空白组、对照组、中药复方药渣组和药液组,每组15只,除了空白组,其他三组蛋鸡在饲料中添加1%大豆油饲喂30 d建立FLS模型,同时,中药复方药渣组在日粮中添加药渣3g/只/d,中药复方药液组在饮水中按照3 mL/只/d加入药液,饲喂14 d。结果显示,与空白组对比,肝细胞发生脂肪变性,在蛋鸡血液中TG、LDL-C的含量显著上升,对HDL-C、TC无明显影响;与对照组比较,中药复方药渣组和药液组能够在7 d内能够显著降低蛋鸡血液中TC的含量,升高HDL-C的含量(P<0.01,P<0.05);在14 d内能显著降低血液中TC、TG的含量,升高HDL-C的含量(P<0.01,P<0.05);在不同时间内对LDL-C无明显效果。中药复方药渣组和药液组对比,药液组效果优于药渣组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。试验表明,中药复方能够有效的改善了肝脏脂代谢能力,降低了脂肪肝的发生率,而且药液组效果优于药渣组。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herbal compound on serum biochemical index of laying hens.Sixty 355-day-old healthy Hy-Line variety brown layers were selected and randomly divided into blank group,control group,Chinese medicine compound dregs group and liquid medicine group,15 in each group.Excerpt for the blank group,the other three groups were in the feed.The FLS model was established by feeding with 1%soybean oil for 30 days.At the same time,the traditional Chinese medicine compound drug residue group was added to the diet with 3g of drug residue/day,and the Chinese medicine compound drug solution group was added to the drinking water at 3mL/head/d.Feeding for 14 days.The results showed that compared with the blank group,fatty degeneration of liver cells occurred,and the content of TG and LDL-C in the blood of laying hens increased significantly,and had no obvious effect on HDL-C and TC.Compared with the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine compound dregs group and the medicinal solution group could significantly reduce the content of TC in the blood of laying hens and increase the content of HDL-C(P<0.01,P<0.05)within 7 days;it could significantly reduce the content of TC and TG in the blood within 14 days,but increase the HDL-C content(P<0.01,P<0.05);there was no obvious effect on LDL-C in different time.Comparing the traditional Chinese medicine compound slag group with the liquid medicine group,the effect of the liquid medicine group was better than that of the medicine slag group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine compound can effectively improve the liver lipid metabolism and reduce the incidence of fatty liver,and the effect of the liquid medicine group is better than that of the medicine residue group.
