摘要
传统社会中,人情以通情达理的人格、社会交换资源及人情法则流转于熟人社会之中,但在资本运作的陌生人社会中,面子和人情均变异为资本的工具。“关系就医”是“关系文化”的真实写照,其实质是以面子和人情为借口,以资本的方式引发我国医患关系变异的现象。因此,从身体哲学的角度解读面子和人情的具身价值,并发掘现代医患关系的“人情味儿”,可为改善我国公共卫生事业管理水平、提升中国医学温度提供本土化策略和哲学基础。
In the traditional acquaintance society of China, the connotation of "Ren Qing" is sensible personality, social exchange of resources and the rules of human favor, but in the stranger society under capital operation, "Mian Zi" and "Ren Qing" are transformed into the tools of capital. "Guanxi hospitalization" is a true portrayal of "guanxi culture", which is in essence to cause the variation of doctor-patient relationship in China by means of capital under the pretext of "Mian Zi" and "Ren Qing". Therefore, to interpret the embodied value of "Mian Zi" and "Ren Qing" from the perspective of body philosophy, and to explore the "human interest" of modern doctor-patient relationship, can provide localization strategy and philosophical basis for improving the level of public health management in China and raising the temperature of Chinese medicine.
