摘要
装配式建筑作为住宅现代化的标志,具有“四节—环保”优势,但其施工质量的控制容易受到外界因素影响。该文采用集合决策信息的OWA算子赋权,从产品、过程和人员3个维度建立装配式建筑施工的评价指标体系,并从“物理—事理—人理”角度分析施工质量控制的效果。研究结果表明,辽宁省某居民楼的施工产品耦合性较优,但施工过程与施工人员的耦合性落在了次优范围内,存在一些问题。由此针对装配式建筑施工难点提出质量控制建议。
As a symbol of residential modernization, prefabricated building has the advantage of "four sections-environmental protection", but the control of its construction quality is easily affected by external factors. In this paper,weighted by OWA operator, the evaluation index system of prefabricated construction is established from the three dimensions of product, process and personnel, and the effect of construction quality control is analyzed from the point of view of "physics-reason-humanity". The research results show that the coupling of the construction products of a residential building in Liaoning Province is better, but the coupling between the construction process and construction personnel falls within the sub-optimal range, and there are some problems. As a result, quality control suggestions are put forward according to the difficulties in the construction of prefabricated buildings.
