“三高四新”战略背景下职业院校教师与企业人才“双向流动”机制研究——以湖南省为例 被引量:11

摘要 “三高四新”战略背景下促进职业院校教师与企业人才“双向流动”,有利于优化职业院校教师结构,有利于提升教育教学水平,有利于企业创新发展。针对职业院校教师与企业人才“双向流动”存在的校企合作动力不足带来较大阻力、仍以职业院校教师向企业单向流动为主、企业人才教育素质和能力有待提升、对企业人才未能形成有效管理、对职业院校教师监管不到位、职业院校教师与企业人才未形成共同体等问题,探索构建了职业院校教师与企业人才“双向流动”机制,包括进一步细化校企合作激励机制、建立企业兼职教师激励制度、建立职业院校教师与企业人才互派机制、建立企业兼职教师培训制度、建立“学校创新型团队”与“企业创新型团队”交互机制。 Under the strategic background of“three highlands and four new missions”, promoting the“two-way flow”of teachers in vocational colleges and enterprise talents is conducive to optimizing the structure of teachers in vocational colleges, improving the level of education and teaching, and conducive to the innovation and development of enterprises. In view of the “two-way flow”of vocational college teachers and enterprise talents, the lack of school-enterprise cooperation power has brought great resistance, and the one-way flow of vocational college teachers to enterprises is still the main one. The quality and ability of enterprise talent education needs to be improved, and talents have not been effectively managed in enterprises, the supervision of vocational college teachers is not in place, and vocational college teachers and enterprise talents have not formed a community, etc. Based on that, it explored the construction of a“twoway flow”mechanism for vocational college teachers and enterprise talents, including further refining the school-enterprise cooperation incentive mechanism, establishment of enterprise part-time teacher incentive system, establishment of vocational college teachers and enterprise talent exchange mechanism, establishment of enterprise part-time teacher training system, and establishment of “school innovation team”and“enterprise innovation team”interaction mechanism.
