摘要
近年来,国内外重大/突发公共卫生事件屡有发生,如何提高预防医学毕业生的岗位胜任力,已成为当今社会对公共卫生与预防医学教育的新要求。在中医治未病理念的指导下,培养兼具中医药和预防理论及实践技能的结合型人才的需求也日益增加。该文在评估国内中医院校预防医学毕业生岗位胜任力的基础上,并结合当前中医院校预防医学专业的教学环境,探讨新时期下中医院校预防医学专业的人才培养思路。
In recent years,major/unexpected public health events have occurred frequently at home and abroad.How to improve the post competency of preventive medicine graduates has become a new requirement for public health and preventive medicine education in today's society.Under the guidance of the Chinese concept of treating diseases without diseases,there is an increasing demand for talents who combine traditional Chinese medicine with prevention theories and practical skills.On the basis of assessing the post competence of preventive medicine graduates in Chinese traditional medicine colleges and combining with the teaching environment of preventive medicine major in Chinese traditional medicine colleges and universities,this paper discusses the train of thought for personnel training of preventive medicine major in Chinese traditional medicine colleges and universities in the new era.
