摘要
设计了一种两板式2次开模热流道模具用于机器人肘关节小臂外壳塑件的注射成型。利用CAE技术分析并确定了模腔的侧浇口浇注系统,系统采用单点扇形侧浇口及ø8 mm的冷、热复合流道。塑件外壁的脱模采用3个斜导柱滑块机构实现。塑件封闭内壁的脱模采用2个油缸驱动内收抽芯机构,并且增加了一次模具动模一侧的开模驱动实现圆柱形封闭区域的自动脱模。塑件的完全脱模过程包括内壁局部先抽芯脱模、内壁封闭区域2个油缸机构内收抽芯脱模、外壁3个斜导柱侧抽芯脱模、3种顶出完全顶出脱模4个过程。模具结构简单实用,机构布置合理,加工制作方便,具有较好的设计参考意义。
A two-platen two-shot hot runner mold was designed for injection molding of robot elbow joint forearm shell plastic parts.The system used a single-point fan-shaped side gate,and the runner used aø8 mm cold and hot composite runner.The demoulding of the outer wall of the plastic part was realized by using 3 angle pin slider mechanisms.The demoulding of the closed inner wall of the plastic part used 2 hydraulic-cylinders to drive the retracting core pulling mechanism,and the opening drive on the side of the movable-mold of the mold was added to realize the automatic demolding of the cylindrical enclosed area.The complete demolding process of the plastic part included partial core pulling and demolding on the inner wall,inner core pulling and demolding in the enclosed area of the inner wall,two cylinder mechanisms on the inner wall,core pulling and demoulding on the outer wall with 3 angle pin sliders,and 3 types of ejection and complete ejection and so on,there were 4 processes in total.The mold structure was simple and practical,the mechanism layout was reasonable,the processing was convenient,and it had a good design reference significance.
