摘要
压力容器厚壁异种钢焊接,由于接头两侧母材化学成分、力学性能等均存在较大的差异,制订合理科学的焊接及热处理工艺,对保证接头性能和质量至关重要。针对低合金钢(13MnNiMoR、14Cr1MoR)与奥氏体不锈钢S30408材料的焊接性进行分析,采用镍基焊材在低合金钢侧进行预堆过渡层方法及合理的热处理工艺,实现低合金钢与奥氏体不锈钢的对接,保证异种钢焊接接头性能满足标准及产品使用要求。
Since the base materials on both sides of the joint have large differences in the chemical composition,mechanical property and other aspects,it is essential to develop a reasonable and scientific welding and thermal treatment process for the welding of thick-wall dissimilar steels of pressure vessel to guarantee the joint performance and quality.In this paper,the weldability of low alloy steels(13MnNiMoR,14Cr1MoR)and austenitic stainless steel S30408materials are mainly analyzed,and nickel-based welding materials are used to perform pre-overlaying welding of transition layer and reasonable thermal treatment process on the low alloy steel side,to realize the butt joint of low alloy steel and austenitic stainless steel and guarantee that the performance of the dissimilar steel welded joint meets the standards and product use requirements.
