摘要
直立倾斜试验是评价自主神经功能的一种常用方法,在晕厥的诊断和鉴别诊断中有着重要意义。直立倾斜试验规范应用中国专家共识参考国内外相关研究、专家共识和指南,并结合中国临床实践,提出了直立倾斜试验的适应证、检查方法和诊断标准,从而指导直立倾斜试验在晕厥诊断与鉴别诊断中的规范应用。
The head-up tilt test(HUTT)is a common method used to evaluate autonomic function and is an important diagnosis and differential diagnosis tool for patients with syncope.Based on research in China and other countries,expert consensus and guidelines as well as clinical practice in China,we worked out this 2022 Chinese Expert Consensus on standard application of HUTT in clinical practice.This consensus emphasizes the indication,standardized examination method and diagnostic criteria of HUTT,so as to guide the standard application of HUTT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis for syncope patients in China.
