MDT模式下对分课堂联合CBL 教学法在胃肠肿瘤临床教学中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨多学科协作诊疗(MDT)模式下对分课堂联合案例教学法(CBL)在胃肠肿瘤临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月~2021年12月在弋矶山医院胃肠外科学习的本科实习医师、住院医师规范化培训学员共60名,随机分为MDT模式下对分课堂联合CBL教学组(实验组)和传统教学组(对照组),每组30名。课程结束后进行统一命题考试以评估教学效果,并采用匿名问卷形式调查学生对教学方式的满意度。结果:两组学员性别、年龄、工作年限和实习前理论考试成绩比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组学员的理论知识和病例分析考试成绩均较对照组提高(P<0.05),实验组学员在提高课堂学习效率、学习兴趣、自学能力、理论知识理解能力、临床思维能力、临床诊疗能力和文献搜索能力方面的满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MDT模式下对分课堂联合CBL教学法在胃肠肿瘤临床教学中效果良好,学生满意度高,值得在胃肠外科教学实践中进一步推广。 Objective:To assess the effect of combined presentation-assimilation-discussion(PAD)class with case-based learning(CBL)on clinical teaching of gastrointestinal tumor under current multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)mode.Methods:A total of 60 undergraduates in their internship and residents undergoing standardized training in the department of gastrointestinal surgery were included from January 2020 to December 2021,and randomly divided into observational group instructed by PAD class plus CBL,and control group taught by traditional teaching method(n=30 for each group).After completion of the curriculum,students in both groups received identical written test on the command of theory and ability of case analysis as well as anonymous questionnaire response to evaluate the students′satisfaction with the teaching.Results:There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in the gender,age,working years and scores on the theoretical knowledge before clinical practice(P>0.05),yet students in the observational group had greater improvement in the scores on theoretical knowledge and case analysis as well as learning efficiency,learning interest,self-learning ability,comprehension capacity on the theory,clinical thinking ability,clinical diagnosis and treatment skills,power of literature retrieval,and higher satisfaction with the teaching compared to those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:PAD class plus CBL under MDT mode is worthy of wider recommendation in teaching of gastrointestinal surgery because this method can lead to better teaching effects and higher satisfaction from learners.
