基于“三全育人”理念的高职院校劳动教育体系建构

摘要 “三全育人”理念融入劳动教育满足新时代呼唤高素质劳动者大军的客观需要,有利于完善高职院校人才培养体系,是高职院校加强劳动教育的应有之义。当前高职院校普遍存在劳动素养培育缺位、劳动育人过程衔接错位、劳动平台保障不足、劳动教育体系不全等问题。在“全员参与、全程渗透、全方位推进”的理念指导下,应围绕学校特色人才培养目标,强化育人队伍、设计衔接模块、建立联动机制,与思想政治教育、专业教育、社会实践、志愿服务、创新创业、实习实训等环节相融合,建构多元、多层次、多通道的劳动教育体系,促进学生全面发展。 The idea of"Three aspects of education"is integrated into labor education to meet the objective needs of high-quality workers in the new era,which is conducive to improving the talent training system of higher vocational colleges,which is the due meaning of strengthening labor education in higher vocational colleges.At present,there are many problems in higher vocational colleges,such as the absence of labor literacy cultivation,the dislocation of labor education process,the lack of labor platform security,and the incomplete labor education system.Under the guidance of the concept of"full participation,full penetration and all-round promotion",we should strengthen the education team,design the connection module,establish the linkage mechanism,integrate with the ideological and political education,professional education,social practice,voluntary service,innovation and entrepreneurship,practice and training,and construct a multi-level,multi-channel labor education system To promote the all-round development of students.
