摘要
自身免疫性肝病是一类病因尚不明确,具有自身免疫基础的非化脓性炎症性肝病。根据主要受累的肝细胞类型不同,分为两大类,即肝细胞受累的自身免疫性肝炎、胆管细胞受累的自身免疫性胆管病。该病的出现是多种因素共同作用的结果,其中环境促发因素及抗原交叉病原体感染在疾病的发展中发挥重要的作用,而IL-8是一种趋化因子,可与受体特异性结合,调节人类生理及病理过程。同时IL-8也是一种重要的炎性介质,当机体受到自身免疫性疾病影响时,其呈现异常高表达,并与其相关受体相结合,发挥促炎性细胞趋化、促血管生成、促纤维化及诱导细胞增殖的作用,参与到疾病的发生及发展进程中。可见,IL-8与自身免疫性肝病的发生发展有着密切联系,其有望成为疾病发展及预后的检测指标之一。
Autoimmune liver diseases are a class of nonsuppurative inflammatory liver diseases with an autoimmune basis.According to the main affected hepatocyte types,which are divided into two major categories,namely autoimmune hepatitis with hepatocytes,and autoimmune cholangiopathy with cholangiocytes.The occurrence of the disease is a result of a combination of multiple factors,in which,environmental promoting factors and antigen cross-pathogen infection play an important role in the development of the disease.IL-8 is a kind of chemokine that can specifically bind to its receptor and regulate human physiological and pathological processes.Meanwhile,IL-8 is an important inflammatory mediator.When the body is affected by autoimmune diseases,which shows abnormal high expression,and combines with its related receptors to play the role of pro-inflammatory cell chemotaxis,promoting angiogenesis,promoting fibrosis and inducing cell proliferation,and participate in the occurrence and development of diseases.Therefore,IL-8 is closely related to the occurrence and development of autoimmune liver disease,which is expected to become one of the detection indexes for evaluating the development and prognosis of the disease.
