摘要
土壤阳离子交换量是衡量土壤肥力的重要指标之一,能够作为土壤改良及施肥的指导依据。采用K1100F全自动凯氏定氮仪快速测定酸性及中性土壤样品阳离子交换量,代替现行标准中的蒸馏过程,缩短了整个实验过程,提高了工作效率。实验室对ASA-4a、ASA-9、GBW07417三种国家土壤标准物质平行测定了6次,测定结果显示:3种标准物质的标准偏差在0.10cmol(+)/kg~0.14cmol(+)/kg,相对标准偏差在0.52%~2.24%,具有较好的稳定性、高准确度、高精密度等特点,满足实验室的检测要求,适用于大批土壤样品的阳离子交换量测定。
Soil cation exchange capacity is one of the important indicators to measure the soil fertility,which can be used as a guide for soil improvement and fertilization.The K1100F automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer is used to rapidly measure the cation exchange capacity of acidic and neutral soil samples,to replace the distillation process in the current standard,to shorten the whole experimental process and to improve the working efficiency.Three national soil reference materials ASA-4a,ASA-9 and GBW07417 have been tested for 6 times in parallel in the laboratory.The results show that the standard deviation of the three reference materials is 0.10cmol(+)/kg~0.14cmol(+)/kg,and the relative standard deviation is 0.52%~2.24%.This analyzer has a good stability,high accuracy and high precision,which can meet the testing requirements of the laboratory,and it is suitable for the determination of cation exchange capacity of a large number of soil samples.
