摘要
介绍了一种粘接式紧固结构用丙烯酸酯胶粘剂的研制,采用含磷丙烯酸酯、有机硅改性丙烯酸酯对丙烯酸酯胶粘剂进行改性,并通过增韧弹性体、附着力改性剂、流变控制剂的优化,实现了航空紧固结构用系列胶粘剂高力学性能、广泛的材料适应性和可拆卸性。胶粘剂对铝合金、钛合金、高温合金、复合材料、耐蚀钢等材料均有良好的粘接性能,对铝合金、钛合金、高温合金的常温剪切强度均大于30MPa。
This study introduces the development of an acrylate adhesive for adhesive fastening structure.The acrylate adhesive is modified by phosphorus contained acrylate and silicone modified acrylate.Through the optimization of toughening elastomer,adhesion promoter and rheological control agent,a series of adhesive for aerospace fastening structure with high mechanical properties,wide material adaptability and detachability are prepared.The adhesive has good adhesion to aluminum alloy,titanium alloy,superalloy,composite,corrosion-resistant steel and other materials,and the normal temperature shear strength of aluminum alloy,titanium alloy and superalloy is greater than 30MPa.
