摘要
2020年2月初,昆明某动物园一头41岁雄性亚洲象患病,其背部皮肤被毛少量脱落,出现蚕豆大小连片凸起的水泡,充盈饱满,刺破挤压有淡红色或黄白色透明液体溢出;用伍德氏灯检查皮肤破溃处见蓝绿色荧光。诊断为湿疹性皮肤病,同时伴有真菌混合感染。通过中兽医辨证论治,根据阴阳五行对病因、病机进行分析。因时令近春而未暖,肝气于春旺盛易亢,外感风寒,风邪侵犯肌肤,腠理不固,进而致使营卫不和,风寒传入少阳胆经,伤及肝胆,使肝气郁结生火。将生姜、大枣、车前草水煎,用药汁冲兑小柴胡冲剂,拌精料喂服;外用冰片、朱砂、玄明粉、硼砂四味中药拌“郁美净护肤霜”涂抹水泡破溃处。内外并举治疗2个疗程(14 d),破溃皮肤逐渐结痂脱落,2个月后破溃处皮肤恢复光滑灰白。
In early February 2020,a 41-year-old male Asian elephant in a zoo in Kunming was slightly shed by hair,and a series of convex blisters with the size of broad beans appeared,and there was a reddish or yellowish-white transparent liquid overflowing from the squeeze.Wood’s lamp was used to examine the skin for ulceration and blue-green fluorescence appeared.It was eventually determined to be eczematic skin disease with a fungal mixed infection.Traditional Chinese medicine was used to distinguish and treat,and the causes and mechanisms were analyzed according to the five elements of Yin and Yang.Due to the seasonal near spring,the liver Qi was exuberant and easy to be hyperactive in the spring.The external wind chill evil invaded the skin,and the wind chill was introduced into the Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian,which hurt the liver and gallbladder,making the liver Qi depressed and on fire.Therefore,boiling water liquid Borneolum Syntheticum with Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens,Fructus Juijbae and Herba Plantaginis mixed with Xiaochaihu Tang to feed.Cinnabaris,Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus,Borax mixed with Yumeijing Skin Cream to treat blisters and sores.After two courses(14 days)of internal and external treatment,the ulcerated skin gradually crusted and fell off,and the skin at the ulcerated area returned to smooth after 2 months.
