摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理在冠心病患者介入治疗中的应用效果。方法100例行介入治疗的冠心病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予护理风险管理,比较两组的风险事件、并发症、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果观察组的风险事件和并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,出院1个月后的生活质量评分以及护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理可有效降低冠心病介入治疗患者的围术期风险事件和并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.The risk events,complications,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of risk events and incidence of complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the score of quality of life at 1 month after discharge and the nursing satisfaction degree were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing risk management can effectively reduce the incidences of perioperative risk events and complications of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
