摘要
                
                    针对CTPB(端羧基聚丁二烯)型燃气发生剂的黏合剂批次间的重现性差且价格较贵的问题,研制了HTPB(端羟基聚丁二烯)/JW3(降温剂代号)型燃气发生剂。根据配方组分选用原则,确定了HTPB/JW3型基础配方的组分,并对配方的工艺性能、力学性能及燃烧性能进行了探索,研制出了性能较优良的HTPB/JW3型燃气发生剂。
                
                Aiming at the problems of poor batch-to-batch reproducibility of binder and high price of CTPB(carboxyl-terminated polybutadiene)type gas generator propellant,the HTPB(hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene)/JW3(cooling agent code name)type gas generator propellant was developed.According to the principle of formula component selection,the components of HTPB/JW3 basic formula were determined,and the process performance,mechanical performance and combustion performance of the formula were explored,and the HTPB/JW3 type gas generator propellant with better performance was developed.
