摘要
为降低某天然气净化厂克劳斯/斯科特装置尾气的SO_(2)排放,对装置工艺参数进行了分析。考察了克劳斯反应器R-301和R-302温度、加氢反应器R-401温度、尾气吸收塔C-402参数和液硫池鼓泡空气量对SO_(2)转化率和尾气SO_(2)质量浓度的影响,并优化了装置的运行参数。结果表明,当R-301和R-302床层温度分别为320℃和225℃时,SO_(2)转化率分别提高了2.9%和6.5%;当R-401过程气入口温度提高至290℃,C-402贫胺液温度、循环量和塔操作压力分别为36~38℃、155~160 t/h和5 kPa,液硫池一、二区鼓泡空气量为75 m^(3)/h时,尾气SO_(2)排放质量浓度可降至326 mg/m^(3),满足GB 39728-2020中规定的SO_(2)排放要求。
In order to reduce SO_(2) emission from Claus/SCOT unit tail gas of a natural gas purification plant,the process parameters of the unit were analyzed.The effects of Claus reactor R-301 and R-302 temperature,hydrogenation reactor R-401 temperature,tail gas absorber C-402 parameters and bubbling air volume of liquid sulfur pool on SO_(2) conversion and tail gas SO_(2) mass concentration were observed,and the operation parameters of the unit were optimiz ed.The results show that when the bed temperatures of R-301 and R-302 are 320℃ and 225℃,the S O_(2) conversions are increased by 2.9%and 6.5%respectively.When the inlet temperature of R-401 proces s gas is increased to 290℃,the lean amine temperature,circulation rate and tower operating pressure of C-402 are 36℃ to 38℃,155 t/h to 160 t/h and 5 kPa,respectively,and the bubbling air volume in I and II zones of liquid sulfur pool is 75 m^(3)/h,the mass concentration of SO_(2) emission from tail gas can be reduced to 326 mg/m³,and meets the SO_(2) emission requirements in GB 39728-2020.
