摘要
以马钢120 t复合反射绝热板试验钢包为研究对象,建立钢包稳态传热模型,计算试验钢包与普通钢包的内衬温度分布,比较分析复合反射绝热板钢包的传热行为,预测其工艺效果;结合生产试验,分析验证复合反射绝热板钢包在精炼和连铸工序使用过程中的工艺效果。结果表明:复合反射绝热板钢包保温性能良好,可有效减少生产过程钢水由钢包内衬向外传递热量,钢包外壳平均温度降低39.43℃、传热量减少813 MJ;精炼过程中,SPHC,Q235B,SPA-H钢LF升温速率提高约0.60℃/min、电耗降低2.98~3.67 kWh/t、钢水温降速率减小0.18~0.20℃/min;连铸过程中,中间包钢水温度稳定提升3.45~5.96℃,温度合格率由85.50%提升至98.20%。
Taking the 120 t test ladle with composite reflective insulation plate of Masteel as the research object,the steady heat transfer model of the ladle was established.The temperature distribution of the test ladle and ordinary ladle lining was calculated,and the heat transfer behavior of the composite reflective insulation plate ladle was compared and analyzed,and its process effect was predicted.Combined with production test,the process effect of composite reflective insulation plate ladle in the refining and continuous casting process was analyzed and verified.The results show that the composite reflective insulation board has good thermal insulation performance,which can effectively reduce the heat transfer of molten steel from the ladle lining to the outside in the production process.The average temperature of the ladle shell reduces 39.43℃,and the heat transfer reduces813 MJ.During refining,the temperature rise rate of LF for SPHC,Q235B and SPA-H steel increases about0.60℃/min,the refining power consumption reduces 2.98-3.67 kWh/t,and the temperature drop rate of molten steel reduces 0.18-0.20℃/min.During continuous casting,the molten steel temperature in the tundish steadily increases 3.45-5.96℃,and the qualified rate of tundish temperature increases from 85.50% to 98.20%.
