摘要
聚酰胺树脂材料广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、机械制造等领域。聚酰胺树脂易吸收环境中的水分,其制品吸水后会膨胀,尺寸会变形,力学性能降低,严重影响制品的使用安全性和寿命。采用无机填料共混、纤维共混、聚烯烃共混等共混改性法,在分子链中引入疏水单元的化学本体改性法,以及辐照交联及疏水涂层等方式,均可有效提高材料整体的抗吸水性能。相较而言,在解决好不同种类物相间的界面相容性问题后,共混改性法更具有成本低、操作简便、适用性广等优势。
Polyamide resin materials were widely used in aerospace,automobile and machinery manufacturing.Polyamide resin had a tendency to absorb water from environmental species.Its products expanded after absorbing water,deformed in size and reduced mechanical properties,which seriously affected the service safety and service life of products.In order to reduce the absorption of polyamide resin,physical blending modification methods such as inorganic filler blending,fiber blending and polyolefin blending could be adopted,as well as chemical bulk modification method by introducing hydrophobic units into the molecular chain.Irradiation crosslinking and hydrophobic coating could also effectively improve the overall water absorption resistance of the material.In contrast,after solving the problem of interfacial compatibility between different phases,physical blending modification had the advantages of low cost,flexible operability and wide applicability.
