摘要
起搏器壳形件形状比较特殊,常用材料为钛合金,材料冲深困难。针对上述问题,探讨研究钛合金箔材冲压成形规律,并结合具体产品的模具设计冲压出合格壳形件。在冲压成形过程中,由于采用冷成形的方式,对模具的结构参数选择应合理,冲压成形回弹量大,在设计冷冲形模具时,应考虑回弹的影响。成形和落料同时完成,在拉伸、翻边、过程中精确控制压边力,从而实现产品精密成形,确保产品外观、尺寸精度及几何公差要求。系统介绍了本试验中用到的落料成形复合模、去翻边模和冲孔模,并对成形工艺过程进行了简单介绍。在掌握了具体厚度的箔材性能参数后,将模具间隙设计为0.10 mm,模具摩擦因数控制在0.5~0.6 mm之间,冲压成形效果最佳。
The pacemaker shell parts had special shape,which usually was made with titanium alloy,the material was difficult when deep stamping.Aimed at the above problems and in order to explore the research on the rules of titanium alloy foil stamping forming,and combined with the specific product mold design,qualified shell pieces were stamped.In the process of punch forming,because of using the method of cold forming,we should choose reasonable structural parameters of the mold,stamping because forming spring back amount was big,in the design of cold washed shape mold,must consider the effect of spring back.Forming and blanking were completed at the same time.In the process of drawing,flanging,blank holder force was precisely controlled,so as to realize the product precision molding and ensure that the product appearance,size accuracy and the geometric tolerance requirements.The blanking forming compound die,flanging die and punching shear modulus used in this experiment were introduced in details,and the process of forming process was simply introduced.After mastering the specific performance parameters of the concrete thickness foil,the die clearance was designed in 0.10 mm,and mold friction coefficient was controlled between 0.5 mm and 0.6 mm.The stamping forming effect was the best.
