摘要
本文从学生信息化管理工作内容、学生信息化管理现状,以及高校学生管理工作创新途径三方面对高校学生管理工作进行分析。高校作为培养学生专业与道德素养,培养集综合性和实践性为一体高素质人才的摇篮,对我国实现现代化建设事业有着重大的意义。当前,随着社会的高速发展、互联网的全方位应用使得社会对于高校学生管理和教育工作质量的关注程度在不断提升,使得高校对于学生的管理工作的重视程度也在不断增加,而辅导员作为高校的基层工作者,在与学生的交际中更是担任着管理者、教育者和引导者的重要角色。基于此,在大数据不断冲击着传统管理模式的背景之下,要做到不断提高学生管理工作的效能,成为新时代高校学生工作开展的重中之重,也成为高校辅导员不断更新学生管理工作模式的重中之重。
This paper analyzes the student management of colleges and universities from three aspects:the content of student information management,the status quo of student information management,and the innovative way of student management in colleges and universities.As a cradle for cultivating students’professional and moral qualities and cultivating high-quality talents who integrate comprehensiveness and practice,colleges and universities are of great significance to the realization of China’s modernization drive.At present,with the rapid development of society and the all-round application of the Internet,the society’s attention to the quality of student management and education work in colleges and universities is constantly increasing,so that the importance of colleges and universities to the management of students is also increasing,and counselors,as grass-roots workers in colleges and universities,play an important role as managers,educators and guides in communicating with students.Based on this,under the background of big data constantly impacting the traditional management model,it is necessary to continuously improve the efficiency of student management work,which has become the top priority of the work of college students in the new era,and has also become the top priority of college counselors to continuously update the student management work model.
