直升机座舱空气分配管路系统设计及仿真

摘要 飞机舱内的空气分配系统是决定舱内气流组织重要部件,舱内的空气品质及人员舒适性越来越受到关注,对于这一系统的研究也越重视。为保证座舱内合适的空气参数条件,实现制冷、加温和通风换气,满足全飞行包线下的指标需求。基于某型直升机座舱布局,开展了座舱空气分配管路系统设计及仿真研究。通过需求分析,明确设计技术指标。详细设计了座舱空气分配管路系统布局方案,并计算了供气口及分配管路尺寸参数。基于Flowmaster软件平台,建立了管路系统仿真模型,利用流量配平仿真计算,实现了管路系统的流量分配。通过与试验数据对比,供气口流量分配误差满足工程要求,验证了仿真结果的可靠性和系统方案的可行性。最后,针对直升机全飞行包线范围内管网风阻和供风口流量的变化,对技术指标进行了仿真计算校核。结果表明,所设计座舱空气分配管路系统方案合理可行,满足设计指标要求。 The air distribution system in the aircraft cabin is an important component to determine the air distribution in the cabin.The air quality and personnel comfort in the cabin are more and more concerned,and more and more attention is paid to the research of this system.In order to ensure the proper air parameter conditions in the cabin,realize cooling,heating and ventilation,and meet the index requirements under the full flight envelope.Based on the cabin layout of a certain type of helicopter,the design and simulation research of the cabin air distribution pipeline system was carried out.Through demand analysis,the design technical indicators were clarified.The layout scheme of the cabin air distribution pipeline system was designed in detail,and the size parameters of the air supply port and distribution pipeline were calculated.Based on the Flowmaster software platform,a simulation model of the pipeline system was established,and the flow distribution of the pipeline system was realized by using the flow trim simulation calculation.Compared with the experimental data,the flow distribution error of the air supply port meets the engineering requirements,which verifies the reliability of the simulation results and the feasibility of the system scheme.Finally,in view of the changes in the wind resistance of the pipe network and the air supply outlet flow within the full flight envelope of the helicopter,the technical indicators were simulated and checked.The results show that the designed cabin air distribution pipeline system scheme is reasonable and feasible,and meets the design index requirements.
