摘要
在EPC工程总承包项目管理模式的应用背景下,不同的项目组织实施流程和项目管理工作中需要关注的要点有一定的差异。结合现阶段管理工作中的典型问题进行分析可知,现阶段EPC工程项目推进落实时,需要通过完善法律法规,提升推进力度、提升管理工作针对性,加强施工核心环节的力度,提升设计与施工环节的沟通力度达到优化EPC工程管理模式和应用成效的作用。
under the application background of EPC project management mode, different project organization and implementation processes and key points that need to be paid attention to in project management work have certain differences, which are analyzed in combination with typical problems in management work at this stage. Through the analysis of this paper, it can be seen that at this stage, when the EPC project is promoted and implemented, it is necessary to improve the legal play, improve the promotion, improve the pertinence of management work,strengthen the management of the core links of construction, improve the communication between design and construction, and achieve the effect of optimizing the application of EPC project management mode.
