摘要
综述并介绍了传统丙酮氨肟化工艺(拉西法、一氧化氮催化还原法、磷酸羟胺法等)、新型肟化工艺(新型分子筛催化剂),以及各制备工艺的优缺点。提出催化剂对丙酮氨肟化反应起到了重要作用,将新型催化剂引入肟化反应,可使副产物降低,使生产效率得到提高;缩短工艺流程、降低生产成本、避免环境污染是该肟化工艺的重要研究方向。
This article briefly introduces the acetone ammoximation process(Laschig method,nitric oxide catalytic reduction method,hydroxylamine phosphate method),new oximation process(novel molecular sieve catalyst),and the advantages and disadvantages of each preparation process were reviewed.The new catalyst plays an important role in the acetone ammoximation reaction,which can reduce by-products and significantly improve the production efficiency.Meanwhile,shortening the process flow,reducing the production cost and avoiding environmental pollution are the important research directions of the oximation process.
