摘要
以某6跨预应力钢筋连续梁桥为例,按照通常的施工步骤,建立了三种不同的主梁合龙方案数值模型。分析了三种合龙方案对主梁上缘应力、下缘应力和竖向位移的影响。根据有限元数值模拟的结果,分别对比了这三种施工方案合龙完成后的上缘应力、下缘应力和主梁竖向位移,根据规范要求和施工控制理论分析了这三种施工方案的优缺点。研究结果表明:不同的合龙方式对桥梁主梁的应力分布和竖向位移有较大的影响。方案1和方案2得到的主梁上缘应力更加合理,混凝土储备了较大的压应力;方案1和方案3得到的主梁下缘应力更加合理,这三种方案对主梁下缘应力的影响较大;方案1和方案2得到的主梁竖向位移更加合理。通过比较三种合龙方案的优缺点,根据施工控制的原则,最终确定合龙方案1为理想的合龙方案,即先边跨合龙,再次边跨合龙,最后中跨合龙。
Taking a 6-span pre-stressed reinforced continuous beam bridge as an example, three different numerical models of beam closure schemes are established according to the usual construction steps. The effects of three closure schemes on the upper edge stress, lower edge stress and vertical displacement of the main girder are analyzed. According to the results of finite element numerical simulation, the upper edge stress, lower edge stress and vertical displacement of the main beam after the completion of the three construction schemes were compared. The advantages and disadvantages of these three construction schemes were analyzed according to the specification requirements and construction control theory. The research results show that different closure schemes have great influence on the stress distribution and vertical displacement of the main girder. The stress on the upper edge of the main beam obtained by scheme 1 and 2 is more reasonable, and the concrete reserves a larger compressive stress. The lower edge stress obtained by scheme 1 and 3 is more reasonable, and these three schemes have a great influence on the lower edge stress of the main beam. The vertical displacement of the main beam obtained by schemes 1 and 2 is more reasonable. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three closure schemes, and according to the principle of construction control, the closure scheme 1 is finally determined as the ideal closure scheme, that is, the closure at the first side, the closure at the side again, and the closure at the middle.
