摘要
由于土壤肥力与林分生长密切相关,而氮素是调控植物生长关键营养元素。以6、11、16、22 a生4种不同林龄湿地松人工林为研究对象,分析了林地土壤中氮素形态及相关代谢酶活性变化。结果表明:土壤中总速效氮含量随着林龄增大而增加,而硝态氮含量呈先增大后降低趋势,在16 a生林分土壤中最大,铵态氮含量在6~16 a生林分间无显著差异,在22 a生林分急剧增加,硝态氮/铵态氮变化趋势与硝态氮相似,峰值出现在16 a生林分。结论:不同培育时期对氮素形态的需求也不同,故在常规施肥基础上,建议培育早期可补施一定的铵态氮肥,后期则需加大硝态氮肥用量。
Soil fertility is closely related to stand growth, and nitrogen is the key nutrient element to regulate plant growth. The changes of nitrogen forms and related metabolic enzyme activities in the soil of Pinus elliottii Plantations of 6, 11, 16 and 22 years old were analyzed. The results showed that the content of total available nitrogen in soil increased with the increase of forest age, while the content of nitrate nitrogen increased first and then decreased, which was the largest in the soil of 16-year-old stand. The content of ammonium nitrogen had no significant difference between 6-16-year-old stand, and increased sharply in 22-year-old stand. The change trend of nitrate nitrogen/ammonium nitrogen was similar to that of nitrate nitrogen, and the peak appeared in 16-year-old stand. It is concluded that different cultivation periods have different demands on nitrogen forms. In the future, on the basis of conventional fertilization, it is suggested to supplement a certain amount of ammonium nitrogen fertilizer in the early stage of cultivation, and increase the amount of nitrate nitrogen fertilizer in the later stage.
