摘要
目的 试验将针对剖宫产产妇实施人性化护理,对比应用效果。方法 本次试验选择了2020年8月至2021年7月本院60例剖宫产产妇参与试验,分为对照组和研究组,分别实施人性化护理(研究组)与常规护理(对照组)。对比治疗成果。结果 研究组焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪控制较好,研究组干预后比对照组低,组间对比差异显著(P <0.05)。研究组产妇产后24 h出血量低于对照组,手术时间与住院时间短于对照组,且第一、第二产程及总产程均短于对照组,对比差异显著(P <0.05)。研究组产妇在健康知识掌握程度、新生儿护理能力、个人护理能力方面的知晓率高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组产妇并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P <0.05)。结论 人性化护理模式可给予剖宫产手术产妇更多的人文关怀,并注重对产妇的心理干预,减轻产妇的消极情绪。
Objective The experiment will implement humanized nursing for parturient undergoing cesarean section, and compare its application.Methods In this experiment, 60 parturients with cesarean section in our hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 participated in the experiment,and they were divided into control group and research group, humanized nursing(research group) and routine nursing(control group). Compare the treatment results. Results The anxiety and depression in the study group were well controlled, and the level of anxiety and depression in the study group was lower than that in the control group after intervention, and there was a big difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than that in the control group, and the first, second and total stages of labor were shorter than those in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). In terms of health knowledge mastery, newborn nursing ability and personal nursing ability in the study group were higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. The complication rate of the parturient in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion By adopting humanized nursing mode, we can give more humanistic care to patients undergoing cesarean section, pay attention to psychological intervention for parturient, and reduce patients’ negative emotions.
