摘要
目的:探讨腋臭患者生活满意度与社会支持的相关性及采用A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗的效果。方法:选取腋臭患者78例为研究对象,均给予A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗,并采用生活满意度量表、社会支持评定量表评价患者生活满意度及社会支持水平,分析其相关性。结果:患者治疗总有效率为96.15%(75/78),且生活满意度评分低于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);78例患者社会支持水平处于中等,各维度得分从高到低依次为客观支持、主观支持、对支持利用度,腋臭患者生活满意度与社会支持呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:腋臭患者生活满意度低下,社会支持水平处于中等,采用A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗疗效显著,有助于提升社会支持水平及生活满意度。
Objective To explore the correlation between life satisfaction and social support of patients with axillary odor and the effect of local injection of botulinum toxin type A.Method Seventy-eight patients with axillary odor were selected as research object. All were given local injection of botulinum toxin type A. Life satisfaction scale and social support assessment scale were used to evaluate patients’ life satisfaction and social support, and analyze its relevance.Results The total clinical effective rate of the patients was 96.15%(75/78). The patients’ life satisfaction score was lower than the norm, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 78 patients had a moderate level of social support, and the scores of each dimension from high to low were objective support, subjective support, and support utilization. Axillary odor patients’ life satisfaction was significantly positively correlated with social support(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with axillary odor have low life satisfaction and the level of social support is moderate. The use of local injection of botulinum toxin type A has a significant effect, which helps to improve the level of social support and life satisfaction.
