摘要 国内城市轨道交通列车运用可靠性增长管理一般采用被动跟踪方法,定性判断可靠性趋势,缺少定量评价方法。为此,利用列车运用期间的故障数量信息,建立列车运用可靠性增长计算模型,计算运用可靠性增长系数。依据运用可靠性增长系数,判断列车运用可靠性增长趋势,以确定采取的可靠性管理机制。以某城市轨道交通列车实际运用数据为基础,验证列车运用可靠性量化计算模型,结果表明,列车运用可靠性满足客户要求。 The passive tracking method is generally adopted in the train service reliability growth management in the domestic urban rail transit, which qualitatively judges the reliability trend. There is no quantitative evaluation method to calculate train service reliability. Therefore, based on the information of the fault number during the train operation,a quantitative calculation model of train service reliability is established to calculate the service reliability growth coefficient. According to the service reliability growth coefficient, the growth trend of train service reliability is judged,and so as to determine the reliability management mechanism adopted. Based on the actual operation data of a urban rail transit train, the quantitative calculation model of train service reliability is verified. The calculation results show that the train service reliability meets the customer’s requirements.
