摘要
目的:研究按需心理疏导联合自我效能训练对脊髓损伤患者心理弹性及照顾者Zarit照顾者负担量表(ZBI)评分的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2021年5月福建省立医院收治的100例脊髓损伤患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗和心理治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予按需心理疏导联合自我效能训练治疗,对比两组患者的心理弹性、自我效能及照顾者ZBI评分。结果:两组干预前患者心理弹性及自我效能得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后患者心理弹性和自我效能得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预前照顾者ZBI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后照顾者ZBI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:按需心理疏导联合自我效能训练可以提高脊髓损伤患者心理弹性和自我效能,降低照顾者ZBI评分。
Objective:To investigate the effects of psychological counseling on demand combined with self-efficacy training on psychological resilience and caregivers’ ZBI scores in patients with spinal cord injury.Method:A total of 100 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from June 2018 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and psychological treatment,and the observation group was given psychological counseling on demand combined with self-efficacy training on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience and self-efficacy scores of patients and ZBI scores of caregivers of two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in the scores of psychological resilience and self-efficacy of patients in two groups before intervention (P>0.05);the scores of psychological resilience and self-efficacy of patients in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the ZBI scores of caregivers between two groups before intervention (P>0.05);the ZBI scores of caregivers in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological counseling on demand combined with self-efficacy training can improve the psychological resilience and self-efficacy of patients with spinal cord injury,and reduce the ZBI score of caregivers.
