摘要
随着市场对优质膳食纤维的需求量不断增加,膳食纤维的生产提取已经成为食品加工领域研究的热点和焦点。本文结合实际工作经验探讨了膳食纤维的分类,分析了豆渣中水溶性膳食纤维的提取方法,为食品行业人员提供参考。
With the increasing market demand for high-quality dietary fiber, the production and extraction of dietary fiber has become the focus and focus of research in the field of food processing. In this paper, the classification of dietary fiber is discussed based on practical work experience, and the extraction method of water soluble dietary fiber in bean dregs is analyzed to provide reference for food industry personnel.
