Axial Compressive Behavior of Hollow Sandwich Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Columns After Fire

摘要 为了研究火灾后圆套圆CFDST柱轴压力学性能,利用ABAQUS建立有限元模型,通过试验对有限元模型进行验证。首先,选用火灾后钢材和夹层混凝土的热工参数和本构模型,剖析了中空夹层钢管混凝土柱温度场的分布规律。然后,以受火时间、空心率、混凝土强度等为主要变化参数,剖析了火灾后中空夹层钢管混凝土柱轴压工作机理,并对其典型的承载力-位移曲线进行分析。结果表明:随着受火时间和空心率的增加,试件的极限承载力呈现下降趋势;外钢管为Q590的试件承载力比外钢管为Q390的试件承载力提高了42%,外钢管屈服强度对试件极限承载力影响显著;混凝土强度为C70的试件极限承载力比混凝土强度为C50的试件极限承载力略有提高。 In order to study the axial pressure behavior of circular CFDST columns after fire,a finite element model was established by ABAQUS,and the finite element model was verified by experiments.Firstly,the thermal parameters and constitutive models of steel and sandwich concrete after fire were selected to analyze the distribution of temperature field of hollow sandwich concrete-filled steel tubular columns.Then,taking the fire time,hollow ratio and concrete strength as the main parameters,the axial compression working mechanism of the hollow sandwich concrete-filled steel tubular column after fire was analyzed,and the typical bearing capacity displacement relationship curve was analyzed.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens decreases with the increase of the fire time and the void ratio;the bearing capacity of the specimen with the outer steel tube of Q590 is 42%higher than that of the specimen with the outer steel tube of Q390;the yield strength of the outer steel tube has a significant effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen;the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen with concrete strength C70 is slightly higher than that of the specimen with concrete strength C50.
