摘要
                
                    在工民建的能源消耗总量中,暖通空调几乎占据40%以上。鉴于此,文章基于暖通空调的能源消耗情况,提出提高暖通空调节能水平的措施和节能设计的思路及方法,包括应用蓄冷系统、变频技术等,从而有效控制暖通空调的能耗。
                
                In the total energy consumption of industrial and civil buildings, HVAC accounts for almost more than 40%.In view of this, based on the energy consumption of HVAC,this paper puts forward measures to improve the energy-saving level of HVAC and ideas and methods of energy-saving design, including the application of cold storage system and frequency conversion technology, so as to effectively control the energy consumption of HVAC.
