摘要
芳香化酶抑制剂为激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗的常用药物,但可能导致骨关节症状,影响患者生活质量及用药依从性,本文从中西医角度对芳香化酶抑制剂相关骨关节症状的定义、病因及治疗现状进行综述,并探索其研究新思路。
Application of aromatase inhibitors is the common regimen of endocrine therapy for the patients with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.Unfortunately,aromatase inhibitors may cause musculoskeletal symptoms and affect patients’quality of life and medication compliance.This paper reviewed the definition,etiology and treatment status of aromatase inhibitor-induced musculoskeletal symptoms(AIMSS)from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and attempted to discover the new way for the research.
